The Observer Programme forms a key part of UK Sport’s Events Knowledge Transfer Programme, bringing together event professionals from across the sector to share best practice, gain strategic insight and develop technical expertise. Through behind‑the‑scenes access, venue tours and sessions with delivery teams, participants learn directly from real‑time operations and explore the core themes that shape major event delivery.
 
Alongside this, the programme offers valuable opportunities to connect with peers, exchange knowledge and observe live event operations in action – making it an exceptional platform for professional growth and collaboration.
