Accommodation Booking Service

With over 31,000 bed spaces in and around Birmingham, from luxury, budget, boutique and everything from international brands to individual properties, the range of accommodation on offer is diverse and caters for every delegate’s requirements. On top of this, there are 27 hotels either in planning or construction process which will bring over 3,000 further bedrooms to the Region in future years.

The Convention Bureau offers a FREE accommodation booking service:

  • Sourcing hotel accommodation and providing competitive rates at a range of hotels.
  • Holding allocations at hotels (held up until 28 days prior) specifically for your event.
  • Free accommodation booking service available up to the time of the event.
  • Real-time, online hotel booking facility through a dedicated website enabling delegates to book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plus a Reservation Team is available Monday-Friday via telephone and email to deal with any accommodation enquiries.
  • Sourcing contracted bedrooms for organisers, staff and exhibitors with rooming list management.
  • Bespoke page within our Meet Birmingham website dedicated to the event giving visitors access to travel tips/maps and information on restaurants, attractions and shopping in the city.
  • Dedicated Account Manager for the event - the organiser will have a direct contact within the Convention Bureau that will provide regular updates on accommodation and venue bookings.
  • Possibility of a Commission Share on accommodation bookings made via the Convention Bureau (subject to certain criteria and availability).
