I believe that the West Midlands region is an ideal location to host national and international conferences. Cities like Coventry and Birmingham, for example, offer good transport connections and a wide choice of excellent conference venues. The region also has a lot to offer both in terms of cultural heritage and unique multicultural outlook. Moving  to Coventry from a small town in Italy was an amazing experience that widened my horizons and taught me lessons in global citizenship. I am honoured to join the Conference Ambassador Network and champion this dynamic region while also networking  and getting support to knowledge-share with the national and international  academic community in my field.
