The Belfry strengthens its team with the appointment of Director of Revenue and Head of People and Culture

The Belfry Hotel & Resort, an award-winning luxury hotel and resort in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Sara Dufton, Director of Revenue, and Kirsten Price, Head of People and Culture.  

Sara Dufton joins the team with over 16 years of experience in hospitality, having worked in three continents and four countries, including successfully leading eight hotel openings and re-brandings in Dubai and London. Sara has worked for several international hotel groups including Accor, Radisson Hotels and Hilton, and was formerly Director of Revenue at Mandarin Oriental, Pestana Hotels & Resorts and Ace Hotel.

As Director of Revenue at The Belfry, Sara will oversee a team of 16 and will lead the strategic development of the revenue management system at the resort, continuing to optimise revenue across all areas of the resort including golf, food and beverage, spa, and leisure.

Kirsten Price joins The Belfry as Head of People and Culture with over 20 years in the hospitality industry having previously worked sourcing and developing talent for top hospitality brands including Côte Restaurants, Greene King, and Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants.

In her role, Kirsten will drive the implementation of strategies to continue to build on The Belfry’s strong people-orientated culture, ensuring the resort continues to attract the best talent and offers an inspiring and engaging working experience and environment across all areas of the resort.
