Welcome to what will be Birmingham's tallest office building! With 230,084 sq ft of Grade A office space, offering 360 panoramic views, 103 Colmore Row will be at the very centre of Birmingham’s bustling Business District.
There will also be a 24th floor restaurant offering grand views across the city and beyond with ground floor cocktail bar and café with an outdoor terrace.

Centrally located, the Eastside Rooms is Birmingham's newest conference venue that combines innovation with industrial heritage, bringing you a varied range of blank canvases perfect for your next conference or celebration.
The largest event space is The Affinity Suite and can host up to 1200 delegates, benefitting from it’s own foyer and bar. The Belmont Suite, made up of four separate spaces, combined can accomodate 270 seated guests. The Ashstead Suite is a smaller version of the Belmont, made up of three space, and when combined can cater for up to 214 guests theatre style. There are also a range of flexible large and small rooms.

Your yellow cab has arrived - come and experience the newest bar in the city! Located on Temple Street, Birmingham, Manahatta is a glamorous New York inspired cocktail bar with an exciting party vibe.
The venue is perfect for events and parties, accommodating groups of 2 to 200. Situated on the lower floor is also a private dining room, seating up to 15 guests. Full party packages which include food and drink are available.

Tucked away on Bennetts Hill in the financial district of Birmingham with a very discreet entrance, Nude is one of the city’s best kept secrets.
With many distinct dining rooms (one private), two bars, a lounge and a women’s bathroom complete with a salon including antique perfume bottles. The cuisine, much like the design, is intended to set a new course.

Pairing dishes born from Chinese rich history, with cocktails created from artistic visionaries, Lulu Wild is Birmingham's newest contemporary Chinese restaurant and bar.

The iconic Telegraph building at 157 Corporation Street was home to the city’s newspaper for more than 50 years.
