There is also a fascinating ancient library and archive, which houses the second largest collection of medieval manuscripts in any cathedral in the UK.
The Cathedral is open daily 07:00 - 18:00, with services three times daily. Entry is free. The Cathedral has a gift shop and café on site and guided tours are available for groups.
