About this event:
Enjoy this peaceful and reflective yin yoga practice, surrounded by our intimate gallery space. The practice will connect us with ourselves while we reflect on how artists have represented the body and the intimate and thoughtful approaches to the human form in art making.
Access:
£3 per person. Limited capacity. Booking is required.
This event be held at the Barber Institute of Fine Arts in our galleries. All levels and abilities welcome, no prior yoga experience is needed.
We'll start the workshop by looking at an artwork in the gallery to set the theme for the evening. The physical practice will follow practice and will last 45 minutes. There are no audio descriptions for this event, although staff will be explaining and describing art works. If you have any questions around access or have specific access requirements we can accommodate, please get in touch with us.
