Welcome to the world’s biggest Primark, and our newest flagship store, located in the heart of Birmingham. In fact, this store is SO big that we won a Guinness World Record for it, and it’s now officially the largest fashion retail store in the world! Spread over five floors, and an impressive 160,100 sq ft of shopping space, this contemporary store design offers an enhanced shopping experience. With our full product offer available; womenswear, menswear, kidswear, beauty, and homeware, we can ensure you will find amazing fashion at amazing prices, every day.

This store also celebrates a number of firsts for Primark, including our largest ever beauty studio with experts Duck & Dry, a barbershop in collaboration with Joe Mills, and three unique and amazing dining experiences.

Fancy some pampering while you shop? No problem. Our beauty studio with Duck and Dry offers three essentials services, including their signature blow dry and braid bar, brows and lashes, as well as manicures and pedicures. The Duck Squad will offer a range of on-trend blow dry looks, such as Bouncy Beaut, Straight Down, Wave Wonder, and braids will include Duck Tails, Braid-a-Licious and Halo Braid.

Duck and File Xpress offer a range of gel polishes, express manicures and pedicures, and even nail art. Brows and lashes can be preened by Duck and Pluck Express with services including threading, tinting and lash add-ons. So hair, nails and brows all in one visit – all while shopping for your new look, sounds like goals to us!

Primark has also collaborated with barber Joe Mills to create his first standalone concession outside of London. Mills is known for his session styling, extensive celebrity clientele, and strong affiliations with GQ and Esquire magazine. From Jamie Dornon, Taron Egerton, James Bay, to Martin Freeman and Ben Affleck, Mills always delivers a superior and unique service.

For Mills its uncomplicated. Their service is all about the consultation, finding out what the client wants and delivering that. The customer in Birmingham can expect a great service, a super competitive price point, and a barber that caters for everyone.

Feeling hungry? Then why not visit one of our exciting new restaurants. The Mezz Café is perched at the top of the escalator on the mezzanine floor, and offers coffees, frappes, or pastry, to sit in or take away, to keep you fully charged as you browse the floors.

Down on the lower ground you’ll find The Mezz Restaurant – hands down the best place for a cooked breakfast, but you can also drop in for lunch or get a takeaway. The Mezz offers an amazing selection of freshly made salads, hand-made stone cooked pizzas, and burritos.

On the first floor you can find the Primarket Café serving a range of sandwiches, paninis, and cakes. And for the real WOW factor you can customise delicious doughnuts in the spray bar, to create your very own master piece with icing, chocolate and sprinkles. I mean, what’s not to love?

Right at the top of the building you’ll find the most magical dining experience of all. Walk through the oversized mouse ears to enter the Disney Café, which offers a healthy and nutritious menu for all the family. There are also tables with interactive worktops offering games and entertainment to keep the little ones occupied throughout the meal.

And if that’s not enough, we also have some exclusive shop in shops where you can find all of your faves. Disney kids, baby and adults each have their own section, while all of your beloved Harry Potter pieces can be found in a one stop shop. The store also offers personalisation services, recharge seating areas, customers toilets and free wifi.
