NO NEED TO BOOK
Wightwick Manor was the haven of a romantic industrialist. With its timber beams and barley-twist chimneys, gardens of wide lawns, yew hedges and roses, rich William Morris furnishings and exquisite Pre-Raphaelite paintings, Wightwick is in every way an idyllic time capsule of Victorian nostalgia for medieval England.
If you delve deeper, you will find stories of the remarkable politician who fought social injustice and European Fascism and felt the need to share this unique property with the nation. More than 75 years since that gift, the magic and warmth of the home is as enthralling and enchanting as ever.
