About

Sutton Park is a 2,400 acre National Nature Reserve and is one of the largest urban parks in Europe.

The park has open heathland, woodlands, seven lakes, wetlands, and marshes - each with its own rich variety of plants and wildlife, some rarely seen in the region. You can also spot cattle and wild ponies grazing on the land.

For the Birmingham 2022 Comonwealth Games, there will be a range of temporary accessible facilities on site. With limited hard standing pathways, areas of the park may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or wheelchair and mobility scooter users.
