Welcome to The Canal House in Birmingham, Winner of Best Pub/Bar in the Midlands 2019 at The National Pub & Bar Awards. The Canal House is a legendary residence. A Georgian legacy of progress. A stopping place. Somewhere to meet, eat, drink and breathe with extraordinary views of the canal basin from our large outdoor terrace. It is a space for making time and exploring possibilities.
With four private dining rooms amongst our beautiful restaurant, we provide the perfect setting for any occasion. We are proud to be part of The New World Trading Company whose expeditions have led to discoveries of world-famous beers and ales, curious cocktails handcrafted by our BAR-tists, classic and contemporary cuisine created by our chefs and vibrant live music played every evening.
Our team work extremely hard to provide unrivalled customer experiences, boasting over 60 beers in our ale inventory, an extensive cocktail and drinks menu, along with a wide variety of hearty pub food, including Our Famous Hanging Kebabs™.
We are located within close proximity to The ICC, Arena Birmingham and Symphony Hall, the perfect location for a pre-show dinner. Check out Visit Birmingham’s offers page for our latest discounts!
