Our hip and sassy cocktail bar is home to Pushkar’s friendly and professional bar staff, always ready to entertain with their impressive talents in creating a catalogue of classic cocktails, creative mocktails and Pushkar’s own creations.
Pushkar’s award winning Head Chef, Bishal Rasaily, has created an eclectic menu to incorporate the freshest ingredients with a mix of contemporary, traditional and original ideas. Bishal believes firmly in the power of good quality, natural produce and uses no artificial colorants, E numbers or additives within his recipes. The result: subtle, clean and refined dishes but still generously infused with classic Punjabi and North Indian flavours. This is Indian fine dining at its best!
We invite you to come and enjoy the Pushkar experience with us.
