Enjoy the wonderful Aria restaurant within the Hyatt Regency hotel under the glass atrium for afternoon tea, which is served Monday–Friday: Noon-5:00 p.m and Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Providing a sophisticating way to celebrate a special occasion or to just round off a lovely day out after enjoying the wonders of Birmingham City centre.

With a selection on delicious scones, from lemon and poppy seed, plain and fruit topped off with lemon curd, jam and clotted cream. Or if you want to try some fancies, they have a yummy assortment from violet and cassis macaroon, gin syllabub with apple elderflower or maybe you’d like the orange, white chocolate and pistachio Madeleine. Not to forget their delightful array of sandwiches from roast beef and horseradish with watercress, smoked salmon cream cheese and dill, roast courgette with hummus or cheddar cheese and piccalilli. All sandwiches are served on white, whole-meal bloomer or gluten free bread.
