Octagon is not just a first for Birmingham, but will be unique in the UK and beyond. Offering a mix of 346 spacious new Build to Rent (BtR) homes designed to excel in every way, we want to build the first pure residential octagonal high rise building in the world.
Octagon will sit at the northern apex of the site, overlooking Summer Row. It will make the most of its location on the Birmingham ridge, a spine of higher ground in the city centre, and be visible from across the whole of the city.
The look and feel of Octagon will be reflective of the nearby Jewellery Quarter and its industrial workshops, past and present.
