About

The cottages are based at Donative Farm, a working family farm with horses and traditional beef cattle. It is an ideal location for pub lunches, country walks and bird watching. There are numerous golf courses within a ten mile radius including The Belfry.

It is a few miles from the A5 and M42, making it an ideal location for visiting Birmingham, Tamworth Snowdome, Thomas Land at Drayton Manor Park, Conkers at the National Forest and Twycross Zoo.

These two new barn conversions offer all of the home comforts you could want including central heating, digital TV, DVD, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is a bathroom and twin(or double) bedroom downstairs and a double bedroom with en-suite upstairs. Outside there is private parking and a patio area, from which panoramic views of the countryside can be enjoyed.
Towels and bed linen are provided at no extra charge. It can be booked from 3 nights up to a whole week. Well behaved pets are welcome at a small extra charge.

Road Directions

From the North:
From Junction 11 of the M42 take the B5493 towards Tamworth for 4 miles. At Seckington cross-roads turn left. At the staggered cross-roads go straight over. At the T-junction turn left, go under the M42 and Donative Farm is on the left hand side up a concrete drive.

From the South:
From the A5 take the turning to Dordon at the roundabout (Dordon is between Tamworth and Atherstone). Follow this road up the hill into Dordon and then back down the hill into Polesworth until you reach the B5000 cross-roads (there will be a Fire Station on your left and a garage on your right). Go straight over and continue into Polesworth and back out over a railway bridge with traffic lights on it. At the T-junction turn right and Donative Farm is the first concrete drive on your left.
