1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only and entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner must provide their date of birth to confirm they are over the age of 18
2. Employees connected with this promotion from Marketing Birmingham, any employees of third party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw
3. The closing date of the prize draw is Midday, 23 September 2011 (GMT)
4. The prize is two tickets to Grand Designs Live 2011, 7-9 October 2011
5. To be eligible to win you must have signed up to the Meet Birmingham mailing list with a valid email address. This email address will be retained on the Meet Birmingham mailing list, unless you choose to unsubscribe at a later date
6. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw
7. The winner will be selected by the Meet Birmingham team and will be notified via the email address provided. A direct response to confirm acceptance of the prize is required from the winner by Midday, 28 September 2011 (GMT) with their full name, postal address, date of birth and a contact telephone number. If the winner’s email is unreachable or they fail to respond to Meet Birmingham’s winner notification within the above time, Meet Birmingham reserves the right to choose another winner from the respondents
8. Once a direct response complete with required information has been confirmed by the winner the Meet Birmingham team will begin arrangements of the bespoke familiarisation visit, confirming dates and itinerary
9. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into
10. The prize must be used by 9 October 2011 (GMT)

12. The Prizes are as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or different option. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice.
