Build you own DDR at Holiday Inn Birmingham

Holiday Inn Birmingham City are offering you the chance to build your own Day Delegate Rate to suit your meeting needs.

From £15, you can create your own DDR package from the below (rates are per person):

  • £15.00 Room Hire
  • £2.00 Tea and Coffee
  • £2.50 Tea and Coffee with Biscuits
  • £3.00 Tea and Coffee with Danish Pastries
  • £4.25 Tea and Coffee with Scones
  • £5.50 Sandwich Lunch
  • £11.00 Selection of Sandwiches and Wraps with chips and a fruit bowl
  • £15.50 Restaurant Lunch
  • £15.50 Working Buffet Lunch

Fixed Rate for Equipment

  • £150 LCD & Screen
  • £160.00 LCD, Screen and Flipchart

The above is based on 1 day rental (total 8 hours) If you want to book the room for longer an additional charge will be made for the room. If you require the room for less then 8 hours no reduction in the price will be reflected.
Room Hire is charged as a standard huddle point you can then add from the
list to create your own package.

Rates are subject to availability and minimum numbers are set at 10 people.
