Aston Business School Hotel and Conference Centre
Birmingham’s largest dedicated residential conference centre includes 24 fully-equipped conference and meeting rooms accommodating up to 235 delegates and 162 ensuite bedrooms which have all the little touches you need when you’re away from home on business making this venue ideal to host your residential conference. Bedrooms include free Wi-Fi so you never have to lose touch with the office.
A contemporary restaurant seating up to 300 diners and cosmopolitan lounge bar overlook the central landscaped courtyard and provide a choice of culinary delights from experienced chefs.
The conference centre also includes a 24 hour business support centre and offers free wifi coverage throughout the venue. All of the meeting rooms provide the latest audio visual technology and is complemented by a dedicated on-site support team.
The Lakeside Banqueting and Conference Centre
The Lakeside Centre is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art banqueting and conference venue within the Conference Aston portfolio. As a non-residential venue, the Lakeside Centre offers devoted support services, whether your event is for 10 or 450 people.
The fully serviced reception area incorporates a Business Centre for conference organisers and delegates. Professional, dedicated staff are there to support you at all times. Designed to accommodate the latest interactive multimedia technology, the Lakeside Centre provides on-site professional support from the Conference Aston media team.
There are six spacious, air-conditioned suites on two floors, skilfully designed to provide both independent and integrated facilities. The on-site team of dedicated, experienced chefs provide innovative, international cuisine for formal banquets, private dining or relaxed buffets, with menus tailored to suit customers’ requirements and budgets. Exclusive use provides an opportunity to host themed corporate hospitality events.
Campus Conferences (July to September)
Campus Conferences is designed to offer affordable conference and meetings facilities without compromising quality; the choice of facilities is impressive and versatile. The largest conference suite is the Great Hall situated in the Main Building of the University; seating up to 600 delegates, the Great Hall exudes tradition and heritage. Three additional conference suites each accommodate between 100 to 200 delegates. A further 16 lecture theatres and 53 seminar and syndicate rooms complete your choice. All facilities can be used independently or combined.
Campus Conferences is able to offer professional, devoted support services from their dedicated team at all times. A choice of restaurants and catering teams all deliver culinary expertise. Conference Aston media is the permanent, on-site technical service team available to provide professional support. A choice of three accommodation options is available to suit all budgets, ranging from traditional study rooms, to Lakeside Residences, offering en-suite student accommodation during the summer vacation, or the year round availability of executive luxury suites within the residential Aston Business School Hotel and Conference Centre. On campus there is a gymnasium and all weather sports pitch.
