Innovative new way to create and send bid proposals!

Meet Birmingham has launched a new bidding system for conferences and events that provides bespoke web based proposals.

The Digital Bid System allows users to create and submit bids electronically with the inclusion of image, film, audio, maps and other interactive elements. This is a modern and innovative way to present the city, reflecting what Birmingham can offer in the 21st century.

Event organisers receiving the bid will be sent a link and access details allowing them to view the proposal securely via the internet.

The system can also translate the bid into a full PDF document should a hard copy be required.
