The BCB online accommodation booking service is simple and efficient to use. The system allows delegates to view all of the accommodation options available to them along with rates negotiated by the BCB specifically for your event. All bookings are in real time so delegates can be assured that the room they have booked is guaranteed for them at the rate they see on the screen.

Follow the instructions below to make a ‘test’ booking.

• Click on the link below, which will take you to the booking website:
  https://www.conferencebookings.co.uk/delegate/BCBTEST

• Browse our test hotels by clicking ‘View all accommodation’, then select whichever you would like to ‘stay’ at.

• Enter your details including your real email address.

*Please note that your email address will not be used for any purpose other than to demonstrate this system to you. It will not be retained by BCB.

• Use our test credit card to guarantee the booking:
  Card number: 0000 0000 0000 0000
  Name on card: Marketing Birmingham
  Card expiry: 12-2012
  Card type: Visa

• When the booking is completed you should receive a standard confirmation email which will also allow you to go back and amend your booking if required. This is all part of the service!
