Heart of England Excellence Awards 2010- Meet takes GOLD!

Meet Birmingham was awarded the gold award in the ‘Business Tourism’ category at the Heart of England’s Excellence in Tourism Awards held on 21st October 2010. The ceremony, held at the grand Great Hall at the University of Birmingham, was attended by the finest of the region’s tourism market.

Th awards acknowledge and award the best in the region’s tourist industry, from hotels, attractions, to customer service and sustainability. Winners of each category go forward to the national Visit England 2011 Awards to be held early next year.
